Ada Ameh has established herself as one of the leading actresses in Nollywood, but she had a rough start to life.
Nollywood actress Ada Ameh in a chat with high profile Nigerian media personality Chude Jideonwo has revealed that she had her first child at the age of 13. The thespian said she was introduced to early sex by her peers and recounted how she was “marched’’ out of the barracks where she recided with her parents while her baby was just five months old.
Ada Ameh went further to disclose that she felt independent to a great level and took alcohol excessively.
Despite all odds, Ada Ameh would go on to achieve greatness in life as she has established herself as one of the leading Nollywood actresses. Her story is not different from that of numerous Nigerian teenage girls who were kicked out of home for early pregnancy.
There are no laws in Nigeria that forbids parents from throwing their children out of home when they are still tender. Some of these girls end up as prostitutes, armed robbers, or even raped and killed, only a few live to tell their stories like Ada Ameh.
