Bandits have abducted several pastors in Nigeria/James Barnett
The pastor and his three daughters were kidnapped by bandits who invaded the Tudun Bussa community.
Armed criminals have kidnapped Pastor Daniel Bagama, a Baptist Church minister, along with his three daughters from Tudun Bussa village located in Kaduna State‘s Chikun Local Government Area.
Reports indicate that the armed men invaded the community, firing weapons indiscriminately, before proceeding to the cleric’s home where they seized the four victims and took them to an undisclosed location.

Rev. Ishaya Adamu Jangado, who serves as Conference President of the Kaduna Baptist Conference, made this known through a written communication sent to the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN).
“I write to inform you that bandits have abducted a Baptist Church Pastor, Pastor Daniel Bagama and his three daughters at Tudun Bussa village, Chikun local government area of Kaduna state,” the letter reads.
He stated that the attack took place on the night of Sunday, January 18, 2026, approximately 11 pm, when the assailants raided Tudun Bussa village in Chikun Local Government Area and seized the victims.
Rev. Caleb Ma’aji Bawa, who chairs the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) in Kaduna State, has verified the kidnapping of the pastor and his three daughters.
