Football legend, Samuel Eto’o, was involved in a car accident on the morning of Sunday, November 8, 2020. The former FC Barcelona star has been hospitalized following a minor head injury sustained due to the crash.
Eto’o, 39, was travelling home from a wedding when his SUV was hit by a bus at the Nkongsamba-Douala Road. After fears that the 2000 Olympics Gold-medalist had been severely injured, Cameroonian journalist, Martin Camus, in a tweet, revealed that Eto’o who retired from professional football a year ago is fine and undergoing treatment.
Eto’o is set to undergo further medical examination at the hospital he is being treated.
