High profile football agent, Mino Raiola, has claimed that the time of his client, Paul Pogba, at Manchester United ‘’is over.’’ The French midfielder has been linked with a move away from Old Trafford despite his contract expiration date set at 2022. Pogba has never failed to publicly express his affection for Spanish football heavyweights, Real Madrid, as the possibility of linking up with fellow French man, Zinedine Zidane (Real Madrid coach) have always been on the cards.
Raiola while being quizzed by Tuttosport on the future of the 2018 World Cup winner said “I can say it’s over for Paul Pogba at Manchester United.” It will be recalled that in July 2019, Raiola urged United to allow Pogba leave. He would go on to call out United’s manager, Ole Gunnar Solksjaer earlier this year for claiming the former Juventus star is ‘’owned’’ by Manchester United.
Ole said he is owned by Manchester United and I have a principal problem with that; he is an employee, he is not owned by Manchester United. And being employee doesn’t mean I cannot have an opinion or say something I want to say. I have never spoken about Ole in the papers or the press, he always speaks about me. Whether it is about [Erling] Haaland, or Pogba’s injury, or Pogba’s surgery, he is always talking about me – I’m not talking about him
