British supermodel, Naomi Campbell, has announced the birth of her first child, a baby girl, at the age of 50. Naomi who will turn 51 by May 22, 2021, took to her Instagram page to announce the birth of her daughter with a photograph of herself cradling the baby’s feet.
In a joyful mood, the model noted: “A beautiful little blessing has chosen me to be her mother. So honoured to have this gentle soul in my life there are no words to describe the lifelong bond that I now share with you my angel. There is no greater love.”

The high profile model did not reveal further details such as the baby’s father, name or her birth date.
However, Naomi Campbell has expressed her interest in motherhood in the past. Speaking on motherhood in 2014, the Brit told designer Diane von Furstenberg of her interest in bearing children mindless of her relationship status in the future. Commenting further in 2017, Naomi told ES Magazine that she always thought “about having children all the time” and added “But now with the way science is I think I can do it when I want.”
