The singer took to Instagram to blast the global media giants for reporting his net worth as $5.1 million a week ago, and tasked them to ‘’google me to know what am really worth of, before putting me on your Stupid Richest African Musicians List.’’

Forbes in its list of African richest musicians, ranked Senegalese singer, Youssou N’Dour as No. 1 ($145M worth), while his fellow countryman, Akon, placed second with an estimated worth of $80M, and South Africa’s Black Coffee, as third ($60M).
