Nigerian model Queen Esther Gabriel has made history as the first West African to emerge 2nd in The Miss Globe World Finals 2021. Esther Gabriel beat 58 other pageants to finish as second in the annual global contest.
En route world glory, Esther was crowned the 1st Runner-up at the Beauty of Africa International Pageant (BAIP 2021). Her emergence as the 1st Runner-up at the 14th edition of the contest qualified her as Nigeria’s representative at the Miss Globe 2021 World Finals.

Reacting to her win, the beauty queen in an Instagram post described the feeling as “surreal.’’
She said: “Someone wake me up . My journey started years ago . After so many disappointments, rejections and discouraging words . This journey of mine ended with an international crown. Ladies and gentlemen presenting you the 1st runner up the Miss Globe 2021.’’
The Miss Globe pageant hopes that her story will inspire “someone never to stop dreaming because your dreams are VALID .’’
Esther’s new crown as the Miss Globe Africa 2021 will see her embark on numerous humanitarian services alongside using her initiative and platform to impact lives around the world.
