President Putin is ready to attack France if French troops are deployed to Ukraine/Lionscrib
Russia said President Macron must not consider sending ground troops to Ukraine.
Russia has vowed to attack France if President Emmanuel Macron decides to send French troops to Ukraine.
President Macron caused some controversy in February by stating that France is not ruling out the possibility of deploying ground troops to Ukraine as part of aid to fight Russia.
Macron said that the Russian victory in Ukraine will reduce the credibility of Europe to zero.
The spokeswoman of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, told reporters on Wednesday that “it is characteristic that Macron himself explains this rhetoric with the desire to create some kind of strategic uncertainty’ for Russia.”
“We have to disappoint him; for us, the situation looks more than certain.
“If the French appear in the conflict zone, they will inevitably become targets for the Russian armed forces. It seems to me that Paris already has proof of this.”

Zakharova also said that Russia is noticing a growing number of French casualties in Ukraine as the war rages on.
On Monday, the Kremlin disclosed that they are set to practice the deployment of tactical nuclear weapons as part of a military drill.
Moscow also said that it was noticing threats from Britain, France, and the United States.
Recall that President Putin, after winning his sixth term in office, warned that the deployment of American ground troops to Ukraine would lead to a Third World War.
President Putin also said that Russia is willing to end the war if America and other foreign powers stop supplying aid to Ukraine and accept his terms.
