Whitemoney as predicted beat Liquorose to the grand prize of 90 million naira.
Big Brother Naija ‘Shine Ya Eye’ season 6 housemate, Whitemoney has emerged winner of the biggest reality TV show in Africa. Whitemoney pulled a total of 47% votes to beat closest rival, Liquorose who pulled 22.99% of votes.
After popular Nigerian media personality, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, announced Whitemoney as winner of the show on Sunday, Liquorose in the spirit of sportsmanship hugged and congratulated the champ.
Why Whitemoney Won
In a survey carried out by our field team, Whitemoney seemed to be on the lips of every follower of the show. Terry Idibia told our reporters: “Whitemoney represents the struggles of almost every Nigerian youth, there is no hustle he has not tried out in his bid to become a successful young man, I can easily relate my story with his.’’
Another fan of the show, Tracy Okafor, had something different to say about Whitemoney, she opined that his ability to “comport’’ himself throughout the show and being unable to avoid controversy made her become a ‘’huge fan.’’
In the weeks ahead, Whitemoney who won the grand 90 million naira prize is expected to make the waves on multiple branding platforms.
