Kanye hired Pisciotta in 2021/Lionscrib
Kanye and Pisciotta worked for two years.
Rapper Kanye West has been sued by his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, for sexual harassment, breach of contract, and wrongful termination.
Pisciotta worked with the โGood Morningโ crooner for two years and alleged in her lawsuit that he sent lewd texts to her mobile device and also performed sexual acts during phone conversations with her.
She says that Kanye fired her in 2022 but failed to pay her a $3 million (ยฃ2.4 million) severance package.
According to the lawsuit, Pisciotta owned an OnlyFans account before she met Kanye in 2021.
She said she was hired by the rapper for the first season of his Yeezy womenโs fashion line, and their working relationship saw them collaborate on the Donda album for three tracks.
Her annual salary while working with Kanye as his personal assistant was $1 million (ยฃ780,000) annually on the terms that she would be available โ24/7.โ

In her lawsuit, Pisciotta said the rapper was comfortable with her OnlyFans account during the start of their working relationship but told her to delete the profile in 2022 because he wanted her to be โGod-like.โ
She further claimed that he promised to give her $1 million if she deleted the account, and she obliged.
After closing the account, she claimed that he bombarded her with explicit text messages and pornographic content.
She also claimed that he masturbated while on the phone with her and once pleasured himself in her presence after โtrappingโ her in a private room on the rapperโs plane.

Her lawsuit said that she was promoted to the Chief of Staff position for Kanyeโs various businesses in September 2022 but was fired afterwards.
Apart from the sexual harassment, breach of contract, and wrongful termination suits, she is also suing Kanye and his Yeezy line for fraud, unpaid wages, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
The rapper or his legal team have not made any public comments about the lawsuits.
