Speed Darlington says he was targeted by assassins while leaving a nightclub in Lagos.
Singer and social media influencer Speed Darlington, who is also known as โAkpi,โ has said that he was shot after leaving a nightclub in Victoria Island, Lagos State, in the early hours of Monday, January 27, 2025.
The controversial singer posted a video of his car, which was hit by bullets, on social media and lamented that he hadnโt posted anything relating to his time behind bars and that assassins are after him.
Recall that Speed Darlington was held in detention for over a month after Grammy-winning artist Burna Boy accused him of defamation for making a post on social media and alleging that Burnaโs glory on the global stage was linked to same-sex affairs with music mogul Sean โDiddyโ Combs.
