After spending close to four months with Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) giants, Kano Pillars, Super Eagles of Nigeria captain, Ahmed Musa, has joined Turkish Super Lig outfits, Fatih Karagumruk. Musa’s adventure in Turkey has been announced via an official club statement, proving rumoirs that linked him with Turkish giants, Galatasaray and Besiktas, to be false.
We have added the 28-year-old Nigerian attacker to our squad. He played for clubs such as VVV Venlo, CSKA Moscow and Leicester City in his career. He scored 15 goals in 87 matches for the Nigerian National Team. We wish success to Ahmed Musa under the Karagümrük jersey, signed by our Vice President Serkan Hurma and our Sporting Director Murat Akın

It will be recalled that Musa, after parting ways with his former Saudi club, Al Nassr, on October 25, 2020, remained club less until April 2021 (5 months without a club) when he decided to join Kano Pillars in a short-term deal.
The 28-year-old will be looking forward to European football again since he left Russin powerhouse, CSKA Moscow in 2018.
