Trump is not considering a presidential pardon for Diddy/Lionscrib
Sean Combs has been convicted on two charges involving the transportation of people for prostitution and received a prison sentence exceeding four years.
President Donald Trump of the United States has stated that he will reject a clemency plea from rapper and convicted offender Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.
The pardon request was submitted by Combs to Trump during the summer months.
In a Thursday interview with the New York Times, the President stated he would not grant clemency to the hip-hop producer, who is recognized for working with artists including The Notorious B.I.G and Mary J. Blige.

This past October, Combs received a 50-month prison term after being convicted on two transportation for prostitution charges.
He faced additional accusations of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking through force, fraud or coercion, but was found not guilty on both counts.

Combs’ attorneys also petitioned the federal appeals court last month, requesting his immediate release from custody.
Trump has granted clemency to other musicians in the past, including rapper NBA YoungBoy, who received a two-year sentence in 2024 after pleading guilty to illegal firearm possession as a convicted felon.
The President also pardoned rap artist Lil Wayne and trap musician Kodak Black, both convicted on federal weapons-related offenses.
